All phone numbers will have to include the area code when dialed. You will not be able to dial out ANY phone numbers even the local ones without dialing the appropriate area code first. Also, in a couple weeks telephone providers will start issuing phone numbers with the new 327 area code for our area, this will NOT affect your current number and will only be assigned to new issued numbers in the 870/327 area.
