SHERIFF MIKE KNOEDL - WEEKLY UPDATE 02/07/2025

Good morning. I hope all of you are doing well. The Sheriff's Office has been hit with the sickness bug this week. Over half of my staff have been out with some form of illness this week. I want to commend those who have filled in the gaps in the absence of their coworkers this week. They have assured that the office's business has continued to run.

Let me remind everyone to be kind to yourselves. If you're sick, stay home. Don't go to work and put others at risk. You're not going to get well overnight, even if you feel better. If you're told to stay home for five days, stay at home. Some nasty stuff is going around, and it will take time to recover. Keep pushing those liquids and rest.

Meanwhile, Kerry Simmons and his crew have been busy this week. They've been working on Highway 8 and are going through the County.
