Good morning. I hope you are all well and have had a good week.

We also worked a serious side-by-side rollover accident off Highway 46 this week. There were injuries in that one as well.
We had our monthly criminal Circuit Court this past Wednesday, and some cases were adjudicated. They are:

Kaely Gandy pled true to Revocation charges and received 3 years in the ADC in addition to costs and fees.
Deadrun Tolefree pled no contest to an amended charge of Possession of Instruments of Crime and was sentenced to 30 days of Probation, fines, costs, and fees.
David Pinckard pled guilty to 4 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance and 3 years of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was sentenced to 3 years ACC and 3 years SIS for each count. These sentences are to run concurrently, and he also has costs and fees.

We had several hearings in court on different matters, and two people graduated from the ASP program and had their offenses dismissed. We have several jury trials next week on different crimes and defendants.
